Fat Burning Kitchen - 101 Anti-Aging Foods, Truth About Abs etc... Your 24-Hour Diet Transformation to Make Youyr Body a Fat-Burning Machine!
Fat Burning Kitchen – Weight loss has been made much easier with the Secret of the Slim by Christian Goodman. Say goodbye to the stubborn weight and start losing weight effortlessly by breathing effectively.
This book is surprisingly spot-on. While its intention is to guide you on how to eat so that your body naturally takes care of itself in the form of achieving your proper weight easily and without counting calories (I am fond of saying, “a calorie is not a calorie is not a calorie” because the source of the calorie is critical in determining its impact), the reality is it explains why America is fat and sick. This book tells you what to eat and not to eat, including naming brands, good and bad. The information is not necessarily new to people who understand these things, but it is laid out well and gives excellent specifics. Very easy to follow. I would hand this book out to a lot of people if it were not for the issue below.
The only fault I have found thus far is the same as another reviewer: the authors picked a typeface that is unbelievably difficult to read. What a shame. Wonderful information to impart and a format that makes it unlikely to be read. Authors: Make this available on Kindle or reprint with larger type in a better font.

Why this awesome book?
If you’re one of the millions of people who are overweight, you’d probably like to shed a few pounds. The problem is – how do you go about doing that? Do you go on a “fad” diet? Do you exercise like crazy? Do you do both? Just as no two people are alike, no two diet plans are, either. What works for one person may not work for another. Some people like to exercise, and others hate it. If you’re in the latter group, you might find The Fat Burning Kitchen to be interesting.
In The Fat Burning Kitchen, author Mike Geary says that you can burn fat by simply eating the “right” foods instead of the wrong ones you’re probably eating now. Since lots of people hate to exercise, the The Fat Burning Kitchen has understandably become a big-selling book. It came to my attention this week, so I decided to check it out and see what it’s about?
The first thing that stands out about this book is that it is quite lengthy, which is a good sign that this book is overflowing with useful information.
However, as we established above, too much information can lead to information overload for individuals who are new to healthy eating and this can lead to a feeling of intimidation which ultimately can lead to a person giving up on their new diet.
Browsing through the table of contents of this book gives some peace of mind that this book will not be overwhelming, as Geary has divided this book up into chapters based on the type of food. There are 22 chapters in all, which each extensively cover a wide range of foods which have a significant impact on both weight loss/gain and overall health.
For example, chapter 1 covers refined flour and corn products, chapter 3 covers oils and fats, chapter 6 talks about commercially produced meat, chapters 8 and 9 cover energy drinks and bars… there is even an entire chapter on avocados (chapter 15) and dark chocolate (chapter 20).
What is The Fat Burning Kitchen About?
When it comes to food, there’s a lot to learn especially when it comes to weight loss. The Fat Burning Kitchen is an online guide that aims to provide you with all of the information needed to understand what foods can help you lose weight and which ones can be halting all of your efforts. It’s highly based on clinical studies and scientific research that explain how different foods and ingredients can promote weight loss by doing things, such as increasing metabolism, controlling cravings, improving satiety and so on and so forth. As such, it provides you with valuable knowledge about what your food is actually doing for – or against you. You also learn about components of food that can promote or discourage your weight loss and health as a whole, such as cholesterol, saturated fats, omega-3’s, omega-6’s, fiber, protein, hormones, plant foods, animal foods and so much more.
But you don’t just get information. This book is broken down into a two-part process designed to help you clear out your kitchen of all the foods hindering your health and weight, and fill it back up with the ingredients that can help you lose weight. For example:
Part 1: Getting rid of the ingredients that are harmful to your weight loss Part 2: Adding in the right kinds of foods that promote weight loss
Each part includes a list of foods and ingredients, recipes, scientific research, clinical studies, and so much more. All of this can be downloaded onto your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer so you can easily access the information as needed anytime, anywhere. It also comes with some free bonuses, such as a 23-Day Accelerated Fat Loss Plan, and a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Is This Book Backed By Proven Results?
When it comes to weight loss, this is always the million dollar question. We can sit and discuss content all day long, but at the end of the day what matters are the results. We wanted to find out if this book actually holds up to the hype, or if its a waste of time, repeating drivel that we have all heard before through social osmosis.
To find out, we poured through endless amounts of consumer reviews to gain a general understanding of the book’s value, and whether this book will truly help turn a person’s body into a fat-burning machine.
One reader of this book said that it changed their perspective on food, and convinced them to change the way they ate.
Most other readers who have commented on this book have relayed similar sentiments, especially expressing that they found this book to be highly informative, and even though they may have already known some of the information in the book, it also taught them new information that they had never heard of before.
Ultimately, it would appear the value of the book is dependant on the existing knowledge base of the reader — someone who is already a highly knowledgeable about nutrition and weight loss may not learn as much new insights as someone who has less knowledge on these topics.
